I already voted for her! she has that contest in the bag. I was scrolling down the contestants and they are all so darling- but when I got to chloe's, ooh my heck the CUTEST!!! she is such a doll. and i'm so jealous that she smiles for the camera for you. bailey is so naughty when I pull out the camera. she will not smile for it ever.
Oh by far, she is the cutest, have fun spending that $$.
